Each year, several cities in Volusia County allocate matching grant funds to encourage private investment and foster community beautification. Business property owners are encouraged to apply for these funds to improve the general appearance, curb appeal, and functionality of existing properties.
Grant amounts, eligibility and application process will vary by community. In some cases, availability may require inclusion within a defined Community Redevelopment Area (CRA) area.
