A Local Business Tax Receipt (BTR) is required to operate your business prior to opening per Florida Statute 205 and our City Ordinance, Section 74-146. There is an application process, zoning review approval and inspections before issuance. Our applications can be found on our website by going to www.cityofnsb.com then selecting BUSINESS at the top of the Home Page. There you will find many Business Resources.
