Volusia County Economic Development (VCED) is the division of Volusia County government that assists business owners and works collaboratively with local stakeholders. We provide assistance at no cost to businesses with the desire and potential for growth within Volusia County. VCED provides guidance and assistance to start-up, second stage, and maturing businesses.
