All commercial businesses, home based businesses and independent contractors, that are located within the City of Orange City, are required to obtain a local Business Tax Receipt. The Orange City Clerk’s Office is happy to assist in obtaining your Business Tax Receipt and can provide guidance regarding conducting business in the community.
