The CEO Business Alliance is a 501(c)(6) not-for-profit organization with the sole mission to stimulate new job creation and capital investment in Volusia County.  The Alliance works to recruit new business to the area; assist local business growth and retention ; and support initiatives that enhance economic development efforts.  As a fully-private economic development entity, the Alliance is not subject to public record requests and can offer entirely confidential consultation, all at no cost.

The DeLand Economic Development Office encourages economic development by retaining and facilitating the expansion of existing businesses, attracting new high value, high wage businesses and fostering the development of complimentary business clusters.
